Wispy GTK rewrite

After promising it for a long time, big commits have gone into
svn with the wispy gtk rewrite.  Planned feature set:

- Network support
- Multi-device support
- Wispy 2 support
- Multi-graph support
- New graph types

The graphing system is now written in cairo and looks pretty nice:
