More orinoco patches - No more -5 writing to BAP

Another set of Orinoco patches to make things behave a little better...

<a href="http://www.kismetwireless.net/code/orinoco-0.13e-rfmon-dragorn3.diff">orinoco-0.13e-rfmon-dragorn3.diff</a> includes all of the patches and Snax's 
rfmon.

<a href="http://www.kismetwireless.net/code/orinoco-0.13e-dragorn3.diff">orinoco-0.13e-dragorn3.diff</a> is ONLY my changes, and applies after Snax's rfmon
patch.

Changes to the drivers address:

Large latency changing channels, causing clock slowdown, corrupted serial port
data, other badness

Occaisional firmware freakouts if iwconfig settings are changed while in
rfmon

Dropping of frames from TX while in rfmon.  This avoids the 'Error -5 writing 
to BAP' that seems to plague people.
