Mike Lynn (a friend and co-speaker at several conferences) has got a mess of 
trouble thanks to <a href="http://www.wired.com/news/politics/0,1283,68356,00.html">standing up</a> and speaking about flaws that affect all of us who come in contact with Cisco equipment.

While he's settled with Cisco, he's still under investigation for claims of stealing
intellectual property by giving the presentation after quitting.
