In true egg-on-face fashion, a 1-character bug in a parsing function changed
just before release to handle a new option has caused a RC2 release.

Downloads for RC1 have been redirected to the RC2 file.

This fixes log titles missing the first character and general malaise when 
launching kismet_server with any arguments from inside the Kismet client
(such as defining sources or other options on the startup line)
