Wrt54 binaries

To answer a few questions I've gotten, no, there currently are no mips wrt54 binaries
of newcore out.  Right now I'm changing things so quickly that it just doesn't make
sense for me to try to make binaries every commit.

The openwrt toolchain is fairly simple to use.  The configs I use to generate
binaries are:

Obviously change your path to reflect where you put the toolchain.

I don't currently promise there won't be incompatible changes to the drone protocol,
so make sure your drones and servers are in sync.  As this comes closer to a release,
the protocol will allow different versions to cross-operate.
