Patches to make the 0.15rc2 Orinoco drivers from savannah.nongnu.org work with Kismet.

Basically the new driver revision added monitor mode support but changed the packet format
subtly (no 4 byte FCS) and didn't include per-packet statistics via prism2 or prism2avs
headers.  These patches restore both of those features so that the 0.15 drivers get along
with Kismet.

0.15 still removes monitor support on some firmware versions that tend to be flaky, so
they may not be the best choice.
