Atmel USB pseudo-monitor

Added support for the pseudo-monitor mode in the berlios.de atmel USB drivers.  Card type is 
'atmel_usb'.  I don't know how complete the monitor mode is, or if they can capture data as
well as management frames, but its better than nothing.
