Newcore progress

The newcore branch now works with gpsd2.0, and works with old kismet clients
again.  New gps core, new tcp client core code for future expansion, more
modularization of code, migration of protocols into their owning modules
instead of in a common file, other general good improvements.

Vaguely usable for public consumption, though drone and client as yet won't
compile.
