64bit Fixes

Thanks to KW, Kismet should now play nice on 64bit platforms - seems that the STL uses
size_t 64bit values and kismet was treating them as 32bit unsigned.  I'm sure some 
more are lurking in the code - I'll hunt for them when I get a bit of time.

For now, Kismet works on 64bit, but consider it to be unstable and possible insecure,
for now.
