Thanks to Sam Leffler, Kismet now supports the radiotap headers in Freebsd-current.  This means it should 
work in FreeBSD with atheros (madwifi/athX) and prism2 (wiX) chipsets.  The FreeBSD cisco drivers don't
get support radiotap, but Kismet should work with them, too, when they do.

More generically, -devel supports locking one source to a channel when you have multiple sources 
(or multiple servers) now.  Now you can lock one source to one channel and one source to a different 
channel, one source locked and one source hopping, one uncontrollable source (ie, cisco) and one locked
source, etc etc etc.

Various smarter internals for setting up channel hopping, more intelligent error messages about 
not being able to lock sources that can't channel hop in the first place, etc.

More README updates, FAQ integrated with the README file.
