More patches to the Orinoco drivers - snax rfmon dragorn2

Another set of changes to the Orinoco drivers, to fix up a few little bugs.  This diff applies to 
0.13e, and includes Snax's rfmon stuff.

This patch fixes the latency changing channels that can corrupt serial port traffic and cause clock 
slowdowns, and fixes the firmware freaking out if you change an iwconfig setting while in rfmon,
which happens both with snax-pure and my first set of patches on his site.
