Channel hopper integrated

The channel hopper integration is finally done.  All the bonuses this gives Kismet aren't written yet - nothing to 
report hardware channel, nothing to let the UI control it, yet, but the origional functionality of the channel 
hopper is back, and the new config file setup for it should make things easier.

Useful channel stuff and initial channel setting are still pending.
