Updated phy80211 tracker to fill in the name and type fields in the common

 record

Updated btscan plugin to fill in name and type

Started new devicelist UI.  This WILL limit the functionality of the Kismet UI

 for NOW, functionality WILL be returning ASAP.  UI is currently USABLE 

 however.

Filled in address records from PHY packets on dot11 

Fix ordering of DEVICEDONE

Add flexible column handler to devicelist

Tweak drone protocol handling to handle uncompleted records better
