Abtracted link layer to phy-neutral

Abstracted checksum to phy-neutral (barring 4 byte fixed size on drone protocol,

 to be fixed)

Fixed long-standing bug where kis_cap opening a source didn't zero

 the zeropoll state, leading to random failures in packet sources

Updated plugins to use phy80211 phy-neutral code
