Add initial libgps client support for GPSD (offload processing of GPSD protocol

 to their own client lib).  Will be mandatory for GPSD > 2.90 once the protocol

 goes JSON-only

Fix multiple missing includes that showed up w/ previous GPS mods

Convert uses of time(0) to globalreg timestamp to minimize syscall thrash in GPS

Fix drone to use KSLIBS
