Fix PHY handling which may have lead to memory corruption which may have caused

 wholesale weirdness (all networks being 00:00:00:00:00:00 for instance).  Not

 positive this fixes that issue, but it definitely fixes the bug introduced when

 phy handling was fixed and sequence data was extracted and referenced on

 PHY packets
