2-character bug found by Hosam Armous which causes mis-parsing of quoted strings,

 leading to log title corruption and bad launching of kismet_server from inside 

 kismet_client.  No known vulnerability, simply internal string mangling which

 breaks things.  2009-05-RC2 soon to follow.
