Subject:How do I figure out if Encryption is PSK or Enterprise

> It is obvious where is says PSK that it is using pre-shared keys. However, does that mean values like 'WPA+AES-CCM' or 'WPA+TKIP' are implementing something like PEAP ?

Basic encryption is advertised in the beacon (WPA and cipher). More complex encryption is often only visible from association. You'll see some from beacons and some from data or probe responses over time.
