No; the drone doesn't decode any packet contents, with the latest code they don't even decode per-packet headers.

I could conceivably enable BPF filtering, but nothing deeper than that.

An option, which I'm fairly sure won't work now but which is conceivable in the future, would be to enable a kismet server+drone with filtering. server+drone is possible now, but filtering doesn't exclude packets from the drone. You'd also need to turn off network tracking to save memory, which isn't really possible right now.
