Subject:openBSD - spectools-2011-08-R1 not recognizing wi-spy device...

So now it's not even finding the device in the USB list. What does lsusb show? I don't know the BSD equivalent of /proc/bus/usb but i'd check that too.

You might also attempt running it as root, once, to see if it returns anything - maybe just a priv issue.

I wonder if blacklisting it in the kernel makes it not enumerate the device at all. It kind of looks that way.
