You're using an extremely old version of kismet, which predates that card even existing.

You need to install a modern version, 2010-07-R1. You also need to use the kernel 3070 drivers, not standalone ones. Your interface being named 'ra0' indicates you're most likely using non-kernel drivers, which almost certainly will not work properly with kismet.
