this looks like you're running a very old version of kismet. If you insist on using a version years out of date, it may not support your cards, and bcm4315 isn't one I remember ever being supported in a kismet version that old.

The release version is 2010-07-R1, you should use that. If your distribution does not provide an up-to-date version of the package you should complain to them, and will have to compile it manually yourself.
