Subject:Problem with the installation from source code

I follow this steps:
1)From shell I type ./configure and I get

2)I type make but I get
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

3) I type make install but I get
make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.

I've to install kismet by the source code because I can't connect to internet.
Please, help!
