Subject:gspmap doesn't generate output file

I used the following command hoping to get an output with user-map option but failed

boss@ubuntu:/var/log/kismet$ gpsmap -v -m map_47.920456_-122.310913_1500_1280_1024.JPG -o ./result/test.png -tkrp -q0 ./ Kismet-Mar-01-2009-1.gps

FATAL: Cannot provide a user map to the nullmap source.

I searched the forum for the same problem and compare their command(s) with my command. There is no difference.

I read subjects posted by chrisy, HighTower, and netcetera...

Could you please educate me to understand what is the problem.
