Subject:Starting problems

Ey, I'm new to kismet and linux, had some trouble allready with getting the things installed, now I'm trying to run the application and I get this error:
FATAL: Support for capture source type 'zd1211' was not built. Check the output from 'configure' for more information about why it might not have been compiled in.

However, checking the output of configuration didn't show up anything interesting for me.

The zd1211 is in the capture sources list, but the link which is stated there (whatever the use might be) gives a network timeout here.

Anyone who knows what I can do except buying another wireless card?
