Subject:FATAL: Did not get startup info from localhost:2501 within 20 seconds

Hello, I'm trying to run kismet after installation. But when i run kismet. This is what i get (below) and i have no idea what's going on. I'm completely new to this. Any suggestions on how can i fix the problem????
