Subject:What makes a "GPSBestxxx" value??

This question was left unanswered.
In the .csv file, there is "Best Signal" field.
---networks without GPSBest had values of -77,-59,-55, ...
---networks with GPSBest had values of -84,-77,-46, ...
There appears to be no relationship between "Best Signal" and the GPSBest.
It is a given that all of these have GPSMin/Max values.

OK, but I couldn't find that as a variable name.
