Subject:"Failed to set up UI server" and Fedora Core 6
Date:18:11:21 13/11/2006

Hi,

I'm using a centrino laptop, the wireless card of it Inter Pro Wireless 3945ABG, and I'm using Fedora Core 6.

So, I've installed "ieee80211" and "ipw3945" drivers with necessary files and drivers, and of course I enabled "Monitor Mode" and all other features from the Makefile then compile.
I've checked the wireless and it's working very nice, and when I use iwconfig to configure the card to get into "Monitor" mode it's ok.

Then I've installed kismet using Yum with Fedora Core and configure the sources and all that stuff from "kismet.conf", everything is fine.

But when I run kismet from my ordinary user kismet said:-
