Subject:broadcom wireless adapter issue, using Debian
Date:13:17:13 05/10/2006

Hi,

I have a Belkin wireless adapter with Broadcom chipset.
When I first installed the Debian and I typed lspci and it recognised my card as
"Broadcom Corporation BCM4318 [AirForce One 54g] 802.11g Wireless LAN Controller (rev 02"
I installed the ndiswrapper and installed the drivers and followed the instructions on the ndiswrapper site. Everything is working fine, I can connect to the AP and I can browse the WEB.
BUT, if I type lspci it says "Network controller: Broadcom Corporation: Unknown device 4318". Weird, isn`t it?
I want to change the Kistemt config file and want to set up the capture sources but I can not put in a valid value.
If I type source=bcm43xx the kismet gives me an error message.

Could anyone help me?
Thx a lot!
