No. -m is dragorn's signature on his posts, his first name is Mike.

The offline help is accessed like most any help for a linux program : man kismet<enter>

The online help is accessed according to the information on the splashscreen when you start the kismet client. You know, the splashscreen that stays visible, untill you press the space-bar. And dragorn has chosen a very logical way of accessing the online help, so even without the information from the splashscreen, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out how you get the online help to display.

No. When you start Kismet, you see the process information returned by kismet server, untill the shell script starts the kismet client.
