Unfortunatelly their support hasn't been very helpful to me: http://www.avm.de/en/frame/frame.php?destination=http%3A%2F%2Fwebgw.avm.de%2Fdownload%2FDownload_en.jsp%3Flang%3Den%26preferlang%3Den%26os%3Dlinux%26product%3DFRITZ%21WLAN+USB+Stick%26category%3Dfritzbox

I would say chances for this to work on kismet would be very slim. I did not read the whole code in full nor do I fully understand C but from what I can say it might be powered by a chipset that is not very well known in the international market.

Hi,
lsusb shows as follows: "Bus 008 Device 003: ID 057c:6201 AVM GmbH"
For the FCC ID I would have to grab the box from back home.
Have a nice week,
Felix
