Hi,
I have an old IBM R40 without any wifi card and I'd like to
use it for general purpose office stuff and for kismet wardriving.
Unfortunately this particular machine has no integrated wifi.
Would you please give an advice on which card to buy?
-The machine has its own miniPCI slot with aerial connections free,
-PCMCIA slot (III) is also free
-I need a g card,
-My OS is ubuntu 7
-Power consumption is a concern.
-I already have a 3945abg card but unfortunately it is a miniPCIe (sigh!).
Should I go for a intel miniPCI 2200 or it is better to go for a
PCMCIA? In this case, which one?
